At GLAFIRA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We follow a transparent and fair return, refund, and cancellation process. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info.glafira@gmail.com.

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

Returns are accepted only if:

  1. You receive a damaged product
  2. You receive a wrong product
  3. The product is missing items

Returns are not accepted for:

  1. Used or opened products
  2. Products damaged due to misuse
  3. Change of mind or personal preference
  4. Minor packaging differences

⏱ Return Request Timeline

Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🔁 Replacement

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer:

  1. A replacement, or
  2. A refund, depending on product availability and issue verification.

🚫 Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

  1. Incorrect address provided by the customer
  2. Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  3. Refusal to accept delivery
