• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Due to the nature of our products (personal care & hygiene), returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please send clear images of the product along with your order number to info.glafira@gmail.com for resolution.

💰 Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

• If a return is required, we will arrange the pickup and cover the return shipping cost.
